The login issues affecting both general public and SSO users on the Campus platform have now been resolved. These issues were caused by an AWS outage that impacted our third-party provider LaunchDarkly, which supports key Campus functionalities.

🔧 All services are now operating normally.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing login issues on the Campus platform affecting both general public and SSO users. This is due to an ongoing AWS outage, which has impacted our third-party feature management provider, LaunchDarkly.
Some Campus functionalities rely on LaunchDarkly, and as a result, users may encounter difficulties logging in or accessing certain features.
