Issue with Scanner lag is resolved now.

Please note that as of March 18, the old UTIX app on all scanners was deprecated and will no longer work moving forward. You will need to download the new Campus app on your scanners.

Please refer to this article for steps on uninstalling the app as well as some troubleshooting tips.

Scanner Lag Issue is resolved now.

A newer version of the Campus app has been released to improve scanning functionality. Please follow the steps below to update the existing app on your scanner:

- Open the Google Chrome app on your scanner and enter this URL - audienceview.com/campus/scanner-app/
- Scroll down to the section called AudienceView Campus App Download Instructions and click the Download App button.
- There should be a pop-up > click Open.
- If you had previously installed the new Campus app, a message will appear: “Do you want to install an update to this existing application?
Your existing data will not be lost. It does not require any special access?” - click Install.
- If you get an error saying that the app is not installed, please try uninstalling the current app first, and then install the new version of the app
following the steps above.
- Open the new app and connect to your site.
- Do a few test scans to confirm there is no delay and you can successfully scan tickets.

Scanner Lag Issue

Some users have reported lag of 3-5 seconds while using the scanner app. Our developers are investigating this, but in the meantime if you are experiencing a lag between scanning the ticket and receiving the verification notification, we recommend scanning in offline mode instead. -https://audienceview2.my.site.com/Campus/s/article/Scanner-Guide?language=en_US#_Offline_Scanning
