Campus App Update

This is a reminder that as of March 18, the old UTIX app on all scanners was deprecated and will no longer work moving forward. You will need to download the new Campus app on your scanners. Here is the instruction guide with all the details, including some troubleshooting steps if you encounter any issues completing the update. -

Scanner Lag Issue

Some users have reported lag of 3-5 seconds while using the scanner app. Our developers are investigating this, but in the meantime if you are experiencing a lag between scanning the ticket and receiving the verification notification, we recommend scanning in offline mode instead. -
